Siena came early!

We went to the hospital yesterday for our version procedure (see yesterday's post) and instead of having Siena manually turned, Nicole ended up being scheduled for a C-section later that day. Her amniotic fluid was low and the doctors felt we needed to stay and have the baby. What a fantastic surprise!

She was born on June 27th, at 6:04 PM. She weighed 5 lbs 14 oz and was 21 inches long. We're so excited and blessed by new life!

Here are a few photos to keep you in the loop. I'm writing from Cedars, and will continue to update photos in the days to come. I'd like to introduce you to Siena Marie Svendsen...

Thanks for your calls, thoughts and prayers.

Congrats Svendsen Family of three. What a beautiful blessing from God. Love seeing the pictures. I'll be checking everyday. She is darling and so tall. We don't know about tall in our family, except for Boo and maybe Malyn.
