Happy belated Fourth of July! Nicole, Siena and I were in Steamboat for the long weekend enjoying family, friends, and the beautiful 'Boat.
Seen here on main street right after the parade. Careful not to step in the cowpies (lower left). Steamboat's parades often involve livestock of some kind. We saw horses, camels, and dogs. On Sunday the 6th there was even a cattle drive through downtown!
Siena's first sparklers. She was pretty observant, then hesitant, as usual.
Mike and Lindsay Keough made a trip up for a BBQ and fireworks. We watched fireworks downtown with all of the other tourists in Steamboat. So great to see old friends!
