First Day Home

We brought Sawyer home yesterday. It's nice to be in the comfort of your own place, and it's always good to be back with Siena. We were beginning to feel guilty being away from her for so long. Thanks to Bert, Cindy, Tim, Sheri, Stacy, and Eileen for babysitting while we were in the hospital. We can't say thank you enough!

One more thank you! Also a big thank you to those who made the trek down to Torrance to visit us in the hospital. It was a joy to see you.

We're doing our best to help Siena with the transition to having a new baby in the house. She isn't totally into him yet, but we're thankful she's not mad that he's there. Let's say she's impartial for now. We'll see how that all develops in the future... Despite that she manages to be into her brother every so often.

Some diaper time with her brother. Siena will actually ask to have her diaper changed if we're changing Sawyer's. It's a diaper-changing miracle! Don't Sawyer's feet look almost as long as Siena's here?

A fun one to end on: Here are Nicole and I loading up, heading to the hospital on the morning of March 18th, Nicole looking stunning as always. It was a fun ride, the wind blowing in our hair, on our way to have our second child. He's here and he's been such a treat. Hope you can meet him soon.
