Dining Table Make Over

We decided to refinish the dining room table we've had since we were first married in 2005. You may notice the hot plate burns, wine bottle rings, salad dressing oil drips, crusted on oatmeal, Elmo fork stabbings and other unidentifieable wear and tear. There was also some motivation to match the table with our wood colors a little better.

Here is the "before" shot.


The bench has been sanded to show the difference between the two.

After a Dark Walnut stain and 3 coats of polyurethane.


Hopefully the polyurethane finish will act like a force field against the continuing onslaught of Siena and Sawyers dining festivities... Godspeed dining room table
